This supplier has proven to be highly unresponsive and lacks responsibility. Although we received and confirmed a sample initially, the bulk order we received turned out to be defective. What's even more disappointing is that they refuse to acknowledge their mistake and have failed to respond to my concerns, citing their focus on larger clients as the reason for neglecting my issue. It's quite clear that they do not value our business, and it feels like dealing with them is a waste of both money and time. I strongly recommend avoiding this supplier if you want to spare yourself from similar frustration.
